Ordering

  • For ordering, please find the domains needed and list them in the orderscheme. Remember to fill our URL, anchortext and other relevant details.
  • Textwork is always included in the price and includes 400 words
  • If you require more complicated and journalistic-like content. This will be charged as an extra fee of 60 EUR. This type of service is known as premium textwork.
  • Link warranty for uptime: 24 months

** If the link goes offline due to force majeure such as bankruptcy, war, fire, and etc… Then the link won’t be covered by eloome.

Invoicing

  • If your invoice is in EUR, the prices may not be 100% accurate to the list prices as the price will be according to the live currency value.
  • It’s expected that all invoices are paid within the given period of 8 days. Unless we’ve another agreement.
  • If the invoice isn’t paid after the period, a reminder will be forwarded containing a fee of 13,45 EUR – This continues up to 3 times.
  • If payment isn’t received after 3 reminders a 4th reminder will start after a month. The fee for this is 1% of the total amount of the claim – This is repeated monthly with no limit.
  • After 3 months, the invoice will be forwarded to debt collection per automatic
  • Penalty fees cannot be removed if you haven’t respected the payment period no matter the reason.

Prices

  • Prices are noted in both DKK and EUR for national and foreign companies.
  • EUR is fixed at 7,45 divided with DKK

** Beware : eloome take reservation for sudden price changes and will charge the client extra for this. The client is allowed to decline this and the product will be replaced or removed hereafter.

  • All prices are without taxes 

Product / Link(s)

  • If the ordered link cannot get published, the product will be replaced with another product.
  • If replacement link isn’t suitable a credit will be forwarded accordingly.

Payment methods

  • Standard payment method is through bank transfer.
  • PayPal is also an option. But the client is expected to pay for the paypal fee always. (7,5% of the total amount)
